Overview
Once known as the Delta Center and the EnergySolutions Arena, Vivint Arena is the centerpiece of Salt Lake City for avid basketball fans.
Visitors will take note of the ever-changing floor (adorned with the recently revived 90’s throwback Jazz logo in addition to the Dark Mode, City edition logo) and the vast amount of video display screens including two ribbons that circle the stadium and a halo above the jumbotron. Outside of the stadium, you’ll find a larger-than-life rendition of the Jazz Note in addition to two prized dedications; Karl Malone and John Stockton, standing tall and proud in their bronzed form, tributes to two of the greatest players in NBA and Jazz history.
While all parts of the stadium make it the team’s favorite place to play, nothing makes the arena home like the Jazz fans that flock to the stadium by the thousands. They come on Frontrunner, Trax, and even on foot to support the state's longest-standing pro sports team. Known as some of the most energizing and supportive fans in the NBA, Jazz fans take their color coordination and cheering very seriously.
You may also recognize the stadium for one of its many other uses, including an ice rink used in 2002 for the Winter Olympics or a concert venue for the hottest touring artists. This arena is truly diverse and adaptable, making it a highly desirable piece of property (and history).
